To return a product, please contact our customer service to confirm the reason and need for return, and then send the product back to the above address in its original packaging. Returns will be processed with prior communication.

Return and Exchange Requirements

Merchandise must be pristine, i.e., unused, unbroken, unscratched, and unstained, and all accessories should be intact. Merchandise should be in its original packaging, including all internal and external packaging, tags, instructions, etc. If the merchandise requires assembly, it should be disassembled and repackaged in its original packaging at the time of return.

The products can be returned or exchanged due to the quality of the product itself, but the products caused by human damage or external factors are not returnable. Please provide us with the order number of the product you purchased. If you cannot, we cannot refund your product. If you receive a damaged product, you must provide the relevant unboxing video and photo proof.

Return and Exchange Fees

If the return or exchange is due to our mistake or the product itself is defective, you need to provide the unboxing video and product pictures, and after verifying that it is correct, we will refund or resend the product. At this time, you do not need to bear the shipping cost.

If the return or exchange is due to personal reasons, such as you don't like the color, quality of the product, order error, etc., you will need to bear the return shipping cost but no product re-shelving fee and handling fee.

Order Cancellation

Cancellation is generally supported within 30 minutes of the order, and refunds for canceled orders will be returned by the original route. Cancellation is not supported after 30 minutes, as the order has been packed and cannot be retrieved from the parcel pile.

Refunds

Refunds are generally returned within 1-2 business days by the original route. If it has not arrived after the deadline, please contact us. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable when requesting a refund.
