Order Deadline
We accept orders up to 5:00 PM (EST) Monday through Friday. Orders submitted after 5:00 PM (EST) on Friday will be processed and shipped the following Monday (or the following day if it is a holiday).
Delivery Times
With USPS First Class delivery, our product delivery time is typically 2 to 5 business days. And the typical delivery time is 3 to 7 business days.

Shipping Rates
The total amount of your order will determine our shipping rates. Utilizing the USPS First Class delivery method, orders totaling less than $59.99 are subject to a $4.99 shipping fee, and we will ship orders totaling $59.99 or more free of charge.
Taxes
The merchant bears all taxes, and the customer does not have to pay any taxes.
Excessive Transportation Time
If the delivery lead time is longer than 60 business days, please verify that your receiving information is complete and correct. If the information is incorrect, you are responsible. If the information is correct, you can contact our customer service and choose to resend or refund.
The Order Processing Cycle is too Long
Unless otherwise stated, if an order takes longer than 10 days to process, you can request a refund immediately, or we will reschedule your order and give you a coupon worth $6 off.
Package Lost in Transit
Merchants are not responsible for packages lost in transit. If you need to check the parcel information, or it shows that it has been lost, you can contact our customer service and provide your order number, and we will negotiate with the logistics company to deal with it.
